RefundMyRent is intermediary-platform where property hosts can list their homes, apartments, or rooms. Guests can easily book their desired stay, and hosts can choose between Instant Pay or Request Only to manage bookings.

How do I list my property?

To list your property, sign up as a host, navigate to the “List Your Property” section, and provide details such as location, availability, pricing, and photos. Once your listing is approved, it will be visible to potential guests.

How does the Requestable feature work? at is a seller's market?

With the Requestable option, guests can propose a custom date range and price for their stay. Hosts can review the request, and if they approve, the guest will receive a private booking link valid for 59 minutes to confirm the booking.

How can I book a property?

Browse available listings, select your desired stay, and choose between Instant Pay or sending a Requestable offer. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What are the fees for using the platform?

Guests pay a 10% service fee on each booking. Hosts are also charged a 10% fee for each completed booking. All payments and payouts are securely processed through Stripe.

How do I manage my bookings?

Hosts can manage bookings through the Host Dashboard. View requests, confirm or deny offers, and track your earnings. For guests, all booking details are available in your Bookings section.

Is payment secure?
