Its a full floor two bedroom but I will be storing my stuff in the second bedroom while I sublet it (fully private rental as I will be out of town). Located in Bushwick Brooklyn, best location two blocks from either Dekalb L train or Knickerbocker M. Great light, lots of windows and on the top (3rd) floor. Big TV and huge kitchen in the giant open living room. Only one other apartment in the building. Looking for respectful and mature subletters that can provide some references and ideally meet in person before the rental period. Rent includes all utilities, fast internet, use of a bike.
