You would be sharing the common spaces with my roommate, but she works long hour shifts during the weekdays, so you'll really only see her at night or on the weekends. This apartment is super centrally located! Only a few blocks from Franklin Ave, a 7 minute walk to the Nostrand stations (A & C) and a 25 minute walk / 10 minute bike ride to prospect park.
