East Village lease takeover!! Hi everyone :) I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in the East Village (available now and ends June 30th). This is a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment, and my portion of the rent is $1,700 (not including WiFi and utilities, which are usually $75 total). The apartment includes an in-unit washer/dryer combo, good closet space, and an AC unit in the bedroom. The apartment is conveniently located near several subway lines (<5 mins to the N/R/W/Q, <3 mins to the 4/5/6, and also close the the L and B/D/F/M) and is in a great area for food and entertainment!
